Example) Shipping fee for one T-shirt is 400 yen, shipping fee for two T-shirts is 500 yen.

Free shipping on purchases over 11,000 yen (tax included).

* Shipping fee will be calculated for each order.

Separate orders cannot be shipped together.

When delivering to the same delivery address, please combine them into one order.

If you are absent at the time of delivery

If you are absent at the time of delivery of the product, please see the "Absence Card" posted and contact the delivery company to receive the product.

Please note that your order will be canceled after a certain period of time.


About returns

◎ When you receive the item, please check immediately if the item is different from the one you ordered.

◎ We try to reproduce the actual product as much as possible in the product photos, but there may be slight differences depending on the PC or smartphone you are using. Please note.

◎ We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from your order, please contact us from the inquiry page within 7 days after delivery. We will return or exchange it immediately. (In this case, we will bear the shipping fee)

  • Items that have been delivered for more than 8 days

  • Products that customers have used once

  • Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

  • When the product package, instruction manual, etc. are damaged, soiled, lost, or destroyed

  • Products processed by the customer

  • Products that have been repaired, cleaned, etc. after delivery

  • Items that are eligible for SALE and are preset to be non-returnable.

◎ Please note that we will not be able to discuss refunds or returns after 8 days have passed since delivery.

◎ If you have any damage during delivery, please contact us. We will ship a new product as soon as possible at our expense, including shipping and handling. Please note that the person in charge of the shipping company may contact you directly in that case.

(However, it may not be possible to exchange items that are out of stock.)

About cancellation

If you contact us for cancellation, it may have been shipped depending on the time of day, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that you cannot cancel a package that has already been shipped.
